Judge Luciano Rinaldi, from the Rio Court of Justice, suspended this Monday (9/7) an injunction that prohibited the import and sale of the Chinese car Lifam 320, which BMW accuses of being an imitation of the Mini Cooper. A court decision, dated May 18, prohibited the sale, a determination that had to be fulfilled within 60 days. The information is from the newspaper Folha de S.Paulo.
